PLACEBUILDING
Motley believes in celebrating, enhancing, and adding to what is already present. Our team cultivates emotional connectivity to places and garners place attachment.
PUBLIC ART
Motley Local curates and facilitates participatory community mural paintings, public sculptures and installations, and festivals and art events. We collaborate with local painters, makers, and artists of all sorts to produce site-specific, community-informed works.
EQUITABLE DEVELOPMENT
Motley Local believes that we need to be constantly looking through a lens that holds everyone’s capabilities and differences in an equitable manner. This is an ever-changing and constant re-evaluating process.
One of the programs that we have created to make your environment more equitable is our Racial Equity consultant program (read more here), where we will deep dive into the atmosphere that you represent both internally and externally and provide the tools to ensure equity for all.
